Account Deletion Info

If you’re looking to remove the game from your device, you can uninstall the app through your phone’s App Settings.

However, if you wish to permanently delete your account, please note the following:

Deleting your account is irreversible and we cannot recover any erased information. This includes all your game data. Please note that you will not receive a refund for any purchases done. Deleting your account may take up to 30 days. You will not receive any confirmation once the deletion has been finalized.

If you want to start a new game immediately after requesting to delete your account, then you must first clear the old app data from your phones app settings or by uninstalling and reinstalling the game, depending on your phone.
